I’m a non-performative Yoga teacher based in Kent.

A little about me . . .

My approach to yoga is more about exploration and play, rather than how a pose may look. Let’s find out how a certain pose feels in the body. Does it feel good, or not? Maybe try a variation, maybe shift around a little, or use a prop.

I love to teach slow and steady classes. Mixing vinyasa and yin styles. As well as incorporating Pranayama and meditation.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have recently completed my 200 hr teacher training. I am always learning and am enthusiastic about sharing what I have learnt so far.

Yoga in my opinion is for everyone and anyone that wants to give it a go.
